LSCSW, CPT
I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and my goal as a therapist is to help you harness those strengths to support your growth and healing. My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our work together based on your individual needs and goals. While majority of my training is in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and play therapy, I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to support each person I work with. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, school difficulties, or behavioral issues, I’m here to walk alongside you in a compassionate and empowering space.
